The team was able to come out quickly for an urgent situation late on a Friday. Even though my pipe situation was a little complex due to old pipes, they were able to fix the leak. I really recommend Dr House Inc's services. Harold and Octavio showed up quickly to my house to fix and contained a clogged toilet that overflowed-emergency situation last week, the service was done on time and the area was cleaned and sanitized immediately. The incident happened late Friday afternoon and they did not shy away to doing all that was needed to get the job done right. They were very professional, experienced and respectful and made this unfortunate situation manageable, they made sure to explain what they were doing and what needed to be done in detail. We really appreciated all they did as this is not an easy job.
They also came by the next morning to review the area and continue to disinfect and make sure all was progressing positively. They keep us up to date and they are very responsive and attentive to all questions and concerns we had. Definitely a great contact to have handy.
